Was bringt die Europ\u00e4ische Union f\u00fcr Schleswig-Holstein? Eine ganze Menge: So profitiert Schleswig-Holstein unmittelbar von den Vorz\u00fcgen der offenen Grenzen im Schengen Raum, Unternehmen profitieren vom europ\u00e4ischen Binnenmarkt. Die EU beeinflusst das t\u00e4gliche Leben der Menschen in Schleswig-Holstein. Gleichzeitig ist Schleswig-Holstein auch in Br\u00fcssel vor Ort: unter anderem durch den Ausschuss der Regionen und das Hanse-Office werden die Interessen der B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger Schleswig-Holsteins direkt in die europ\u00e4ische Politik eingebracht und Kontakte zu europ\u00e4ischen Institutionen gepflegt. Die Europawochen in Schleswig-Holstein haben in den vergangenen Wochen genau solche Momente geschaffen und uns daran erinnert, dass Europa kein fernes Projekt ist.
