Erasmus+
Erasmus+ is an education programme of the European Union that has been funding education, youth and sports projects since 2014. It enables students, teachers, pupils, trainees and young people in Europe to gain international experience. Intercultural skills are promoted, education systems improved and social integration supported through exchanges, internships, further training and transnational cooperation. The programme includes mobility projects for learners and teachers, strategic partnerships between educational institutions, transnational youth initiatives and measures to promote political reforms in the field of education. Erasmus+ contributes to the promotion of tolerance, international understanding and personal development and strengthens European identity and co-operation in the education sector.
